Copa America begins!

Sure, we're all still on a high from the Gold Cup victory, but another international tournament starts today.

This one, however, has more talent in its little finger than anything we saw in the States these last weeks.

Brazil is bringing Robinho, Diego and Anderson.

Argentina boasts Lionel Messi, Juan Roman Riquelme and Carlos Tevez.

Not your average Guadeloupians.

We need not mention the team the U.S. is bringing.

With a roster that's World Cup-favorite worthy, Argentina must be considered the favorite. Those 22 guys would scare the crap out of any national team.

Not to mention a Boca Juniors championship might give them a bit of momentum. Maybe...

Anyways, here are the groupings and match schedule. I will try to post a TV schedule if I find one.

I think the Mexico vs. Brazil game is on Univision tomorrow. And the majority of the Copa America will be with GOLTV, and comcast doesn't offer it here in the Seattle Area.

In the UK the matches are being carried by Sky - but the time difference make watching and holding down my day job next to impossible ;)

We've done our guide to the competition here - Onion Bag Copa America Guide

[sorry about the deletes - I really should preview before I post]
