Beckham opens complex/academy in Brazil

It's called "David Beckham World of Sport For Children Who Can't Read Good."

The facility will also feature a scholarship program and an outreach to local schools the city of Natal in northeastern Brazil. Additionally, the fields will be open to visit teams.

"I don't want to teach (Brazilians) to play soccer," Beckham was quoted as saying by the Agencia Estado news service. "I want to offer a safe place for kids to develop their abilities."
