That's not a professional announcer. That's a clip from Fan Zone, where a fan of each team "announce" the game together. In the US, Fox Soccer Channel often shows Fan Zone games a day or two after the game has been played.
this is a show on fox soccer channel every monday evening in which a fan from each team comments on the game. It is taped in real time but not aired live. it is not an actual announcer.
