ESPN misses out on main EPL right

Sky was victorious in extending the main right to Premiership programming until 2013. It's a three-year deal starting in 2010 -- when its previous contract expires -- and is thought to be worth over $2 billion.

Unprofessional Foul has a good breakdown. Now ESPN is competing for the secondary right with Setanta.

Looks like many more hours spent at 101 Great Goals for me.
