Fergie has survived 923 coaching changes

Sir Alex took to the Manchester United job in 1986, nearly 1000 English coaches have been fired in his tenure.

That is damn impressive.

Though we know the pressures of English soccer can be quite demanding. This article in The Daily Mail also acknowledged some startling results based upon 6-month checkups by the country's coaches.
According to last year’s figures, 40 per cent of managers in this country have high blood pressure. Sixty per cent have problems with cholesterol, while a very worrying one in 10 has issues with gambling.
Goodness. It's like natural selection over there.

Only the strongest survive.
