Lippi eyes world record

Don't smoke that victory cigar yet Marcello.

If the Azzurri can't beat Brazil today, you'll have every right to. A win over the Samba boys would give the Italian national team coach a world record 32-match unbeaten streak.

To be the best, he'll have to beat the best. Though Brazil has fallen off a little bit:
"This is not an exhibition, it´s a real match," Lippi told reporters on Monday. "We have 65,000 spectators. It´s a match which interests everyone.

"From a technical point of view Brazil are the strongest team in the world."
Though one issue will be how Brazil scores against what is traditionally known as the best defensive country without any forwards. Juve refused the call-up of Amauri, and Kaka and Luis Fabiano are hurt.

Should be a very interesting friendly.
