Sin bins and more subs

The International Football Association Board -- soccer's governing body -- is considering the use of sin bins, along with granting teams for substitutions.

Whoa, back up a second, what's a sin bin?

Well I hear it's like a penalty box and if you get carded, you'd have a sit a couple in there after a booking. So pretty much exactly like hockey/rugby, just a power play in soccer isn't as damning.

I think it's crazy, but could be interesting. As a purist, I don't really like it.
