Swine flu? Ethnic violence?

What the hell is going on out there.

Word is Mexico is being taken over by swine flu. No one went to any games this weekend because of it.
“Yes, it affects us, but … it is more important to prevent the spread of the disease,” Mario Trejo, athletic director for the Pumas football club, told Mexico’s Milenio TV on Saturday.
But swine flu -- which sounds more ridiculous the more I say it -- wasn't the only thing keeping people from watching soccer games.

A New South Wales Premier League match between Bonnyrigg White Eagles and Sydney United was played in a near-empty stadium due to prevent fan violence between Serbian and Croatians.

Crazy.
