Gooch to Fenerbahce?

Word is the EPL talks weren't working and the giants in Turkey swooped in and snatched up the American.

The United States international was said to be in talks with Birmingham City over a proposed transfer, while Wolverhampton Wanderers and Fulham were also keen on securing his services.

However, Sky Sports is now reporting that a three-year deal with Fenerbahce has been agreed.

Kind of disappointing, but Fenerbahce has had some great coaches (Spain's Luis Aragones) and players (Roberto Carlos, Dani Guiza) recently.
