Guus Hiddink's cigar-gate

Looks like the ex-Chelsea manager was enjoying that FA Cup final win.

Too bad smoking is against the rules. The phrase I've been hearing is "smoking in enclosed public and work places."


He could get slapped with like an $80 fine -- but I doubt it. Plus, I imagine the fine smoke of victory was worth it.

after all he is a human being. his human desire allow him to smoke a cigar. what if he buy cigar infront of me then i will pay for him.
