Colombia isn't messing around

The country has a fighting force of 1,200 ready to combat soccer violence. Now that's getting serious.

The anti-hooligan squad is starting work this weekend. But that's not all:
Juan Carlos Granados, a member of the national legislature, has presented a bill that would treat football hooligans as terrorists with prison sentences of up to 15 years.
Dang. Safe to say the country isn't happy with their crazy fans.

If you remember a while back, the country banned visiting fans from wearing team shirts or bringing flags or banners to games.
