MLS roundup: week 23

The big news of the weekend was the resignation of Red Bulls head coach Juan Carlos Osorio, who apologized for the dreadful season.

So what did New York do in its next game? Win, of course, courtesy of Juan Pablo Angel.

This league is crazy. Not a good couple games for the Sounders FC, which is now fighting for its playoff life. A home loss to New England is inexcusable. Though the Revs got six points in four days. Not too shabby.

Credit to Chicago, Chivas USA and San Jose for nice wins over the weekend. An ESPN Q&A video embedded.
