MLS power rankings: week 28

Only a couple issues left of this weekly feature. Man, every Wednesday for seven months. Time season has flown by.

Anyways, the Sounders FC take a bit of a tumble. If Seattle doesn't make the playoffs after this year they've had, there are gonna be a lot of unhappy people up here in the Pacific Northwest.

But they have to earn it.

And fortunately other teams in the league haven't made the Sounders FC pay for its lack of form (Colorado, D.C.). Though going to Columbus for its next game won't help the rave green too much.

Here we go:

1. (1) Columbus Crew 12-4-10
2. (2) Houston Dynamo 12-8-7
3. (4) Chicago Fire 10-6-11
4. (3) L.A. Galaxy 10-6-11
5. (8) New England Revolution 10-8-7
6. (7) Chivas USA 11-9-5
7. (5) Seattle Sounders FC 9-7-11
8. (6) Colorado Rapids 10-8-9
9. (10) Toronto FC 9-10-8
10. (9) D.C. United 8-7-12
11. (11) Real Salt Lake 9-11-7
12. (13) F.C. Dallas 8-12-6
13. (12) Kansas City Wizards 8-11-7
14. (14) San Jose Earthquakes 6-12-7
15. (15) N.Y. Red Bulls 4-17-6
