United steward breaks a City guy's legs?

Apparently this guy got shoved down some stairs.

He broke both of his legs.

He was taken to hospital only when a policeman saw him crumpled and bleeding from cuts to his head, face and arms.

He was busted for smoking in the bathroom, but this seems a bit harsh.
