Is the snowball now rolling for video replay?

Check out the most-recent comments from FIFA prez Sepp Blatter, who has previously been a staunch opponent of implementing replay:
"I'm not absolutely against it," Blatter told Sunday newspaper SonntagsBlick. "If the technology is ready to adopt, then I am in agreement.
It's perhaps the first step in what I think is an inevitability.

Grievous errors in how the game is played and officiated need to be corrected if the technology is available.

It's no coincidence that football, basketball, baseball, tennis, hockey, etc., etc., etc., all use replay of some sort.

Is it?

Exhibit A for the necessity of video replay: The 3rd Egypt "goal" today.
