American transfer bits

Not long after announcing he won't return to the New England Revolution, Steve Ralston landed at his new place: A.C. St. Louis of the NASL.

So long to an MLS original and the league-leader in minutes and assists.
"I was going back and forth on this more than Brett Favre, weighing both sides," Ralston said. "I could have stayed in Boston. I felt like the opportunity to come back and be part of this might not be there next year. I felt like it was something I didn't want to miss. I felt this was the right time and the right place for me."
And just so you know, Thierry Henry won't be coming to Major League Soccer this season and Jaime Moreno is back for his 57th season at D.C. United.

The soccer world is fueled by transfer stories.
